Today's your birthday, you're spending it w/our mum, you'll celebrate w/tea & Chinese New Year decor, you'll both laugh & hug; I'm pretending I'm there in some small way. The Year of The Ox has begun & Mercury's out of retrograde so all bodes well for this new year in your life.

I'm reminded of one of my favorite quotes – by one of my favorite people no less, Nikola Tesla – "The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence."

Not only are you like Tesla himself, a bold explorer determined to be himself who refused to be stayed by difficulty or swayed by public opinion, but you have made more progress in one year then all those before. You too look beyond the seemingly true & pursue unexpected possibilities.

I've always loved & admired the very core of your artistic, curious being. As that core expands, expressing itself thru all you do & are, I finally see rather than sense the amazing person you've always been. Too few people allow inward discoveries to become outward realities.

My mug is raised to you w/wishes made for a year in which you're able to act on your dreams; finding inspiration along w/opportunities to express it, having hopes realized & experiencing a new level of wholeness as your journey leads you where you're meant to be.
